1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Career Focuz website and candidate services. By browsing the site or submitting an application, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Our service
Career Focuz is an HR Solutions and Recruitment Consultancy. We advertise vacancies on behalf of employer clients and introduce candidates to them. We are not the employer for advertised roles unless explicitly stated. Submitting an application does not guarantee screening, interview or placement.
3. No fees for candidates
We never charge candidates for our recruitment services. Anyone requesting payment in our name is not acting for us — please report it to hello@careerfocuz.com.
4. Your responsibilities
You confirm that information you submit — including your CV, qualifications and work history — is accurate and truthful, and that you have the right to work in the locations you apply for, or are willing to obtain it through lawful visa processes.
5. Job listings
We aim to keep all listings accurate and current, but details (including salary ranges) are provided by employers and may change. The definitive terms of any role are those in the employment contract you sign with the employer.
6. Intellectual property
The Career Focuz name, logo and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce them without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of the site.
7. Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, employer decisions, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
