Does it cost anything to apply through Career Focuz?
No. Career Focuz never charges candidates — not for applying, screening, placement or onboarding. Our fees are paid by employers. If anyone claiming to represent us asks you for money, please report it to us immediately.
How long does the process take?
It varies by role and country. Local placements can move from application to offer in 2–3 weeks. International placements involving visas and professional licensing typically take 2–4 months. Your recruiter will give you a realistic timeline up front.
Do you help with visas and work permits?
Yes, for international placements we guide you through the employer's sponsored visa process, including document preparation and licensing exams where relevant (e.g. Prometric for Gulf healthcare roles). The employer typically covers visa costs.
Will my current employer find out I applied?
No. Your application is confidential. We never share your details with any employer until you've passed screening and given us the go-ahead for that specific role.
What should my resume include?
Keep it to 2 pages: contact details, a short profile, work history with dates and responsibilities, qualifications and licences, and languages. PDF format is best. Don't worry about perfection — our recruiters help polish shortlisted profiles.
I applied — what happens next?
You'll receive a confirmation email straight away. A recruiter reviews every application personally, usually within 3–5 working days. If you're a match we'll contact you; if not, we keep your profile on file for future roles unless you ask us not to.
Can I apply for more than one job?
Absolutely. Apply for every role that genuinely fits your experience. If several match, your recruiter will discuss the options with you and help you prioritise.
How is my personal data handled?
