HVAC Technician

About the Role

An established facilities management company in Abu Dhabi requires HVAC Technicians for commercial towers and retail sites. 2-year renewable contract with company-provided accommodation, transport and medical insurance.

Responsibilities

• • Carry out planned preventive maintenance on chillers, AHUs and FCUs
• • Diagnose and repair faults in split and packaged AC units
• • Log completed work orders in the CAFM system
• • Respond to reactive call-outs within SLA

Requirements

• • ITI/diploma in HVAC or refrigeration
• • 3+ years hands-on HVAC maintenance experience
• • Able to read electrical and mechanical drawings
• • GCC experience an advantage
